The specific strengths are both in QS and BIM disciplines with experience in modular construction. We have been in the construction industry working as a quantity surveyor for 17years. Our current role involves management and leadership of the rebuild efforts at the church of Ascension including the development and supporting value engineering proposals to implement low carbon initiative. We are also responsible for managing budgets and all Quantity Surveying aspects on modular construction within the area with an emphasis on leading a positive working environment where lean construction principles are transmitted consistently and is distinctive of a high-quality project. Also, as QS Consultant in the digital area, We focus on 4D, and 5D in projects. Scheduled duties include delivering financial cost reports, project work squeezing, commercial and contracts. Areas of specialism are modular construction, BIM 4D & 5D supporting in conceptual design development processes and creative adaptation of renewable energy in projects.
